I. Terms of Service
1. Identification of the Company

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and participating in the pre-order of Rolling RPG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
3. Associate Producer & Founding Member Status
Users who place a pre-order before June 30th, 2026, will be granted the symbolic title of ‘Associate Producer’ and designated as a ‘Founding Member’ of the Rolling RPG Family.
These titles are strictly ceremonial and intended as recognition for early support.
This status does not grant any right to co-ownership, profit-sharing, voting rights, or any legal or financial say in the Rolling RPG project or the underlying company.
4. Delivery of Digital Content (Pre-orders)
Rolling RPG is a project in active development. The pre-order concerns digital, downloadable content.
Timeline: The first 4 games are expected to be delivered in 2026. The remaining 4 games are expected in 2027. These dates are estimates.
Crowdfunding Risk: The buyer acknowledges that the production of a creative project involves inherent risks. While we are committed to full delivery, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances may impact the production or timeline.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
As this project involves the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly agree to the following upon purchase:
You waive your right of withdrawal (right to cancel) once the pre-order is confirmed, as the contribution is immediately allocated to the development of the project.
No Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued, unless Rolling RPG unilaterally decides to cancel the project in its entirety.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emilio Leonardo shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or disappointment resulting from the use of the games or the failure to meet estimated delivery dates.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Belgian Law. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the district where the company is registered shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
II. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content included on this website and within the Rolling RPG products is the exclusive property of Emilio Leonardo and is protected by Belgian and International Copyright Laws.
1. Ownership of Brand and Assets The “Rolling RPG” brand name, the Rolling RPG logo, and all associated visual identifiers, including the slogan “Cards, Dice… Action!”, and the specific color schemes used, are the exclusive intellectual property of Emilio Leonardo.
2. Scope of Protection This protection extends to:
Visual Identity: All custom-designed logos, symbols, icons, and illustrations.
Game Mechanics: The unique systems, “formulas,” and rulesets developed for Rolling RPG.
Narrative Content: All stories, world-building, and instructional texts.
Digital Assets: The layout, design, and “look and feel” of the Rolling RPG website and downloadable materials.
3. Trademark Notice The name “Rolling RPG” and its logos are used as trademarks to identify our products. Any unauthorized use of these marks to sell similar goods or services, or in a way that causes confusion among consumers, is strictly prohibited under Belgian and International law.
4. Limited License for Players When you purchase a Rolling RPG product, you are granted a personal license to use these assets for private gameplay. You may not use the Rolling RPG logo or brand to promote your own commercial projects, nor may you redistribute our visual assets without prior written authorization.
Scope of Protection: This protection includes, but is not limited to: game mechanics, “Rolling RPG” branding, source code, narrative texts, rulebooks, and all visual assets (including logos, custom icons, and character designs).
License for Use: Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable, personal license to use the digital content for private entertainment.
Derivative Works: Modifying or “remixing” our artwork or rules for public distribution without express written consent.Enforcement: We reserve the right to take legal action and seek damages for any unauthorized use or copyright infringement.
III. Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to process your pre-order and keep you updated on the project. This includes:
Identification data: Name and email address.
Transaction data: Payment confirmation (we do not see or store your credit card details; these are handled by our secure payment provider).
2. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively for:
Delivering your digital RPG products.
Providing updates regarding the development and delivery timeline.
Sending news about the Rolling RPG project (only if you have opted in).
3. Data Retention
We store your information for as long as the Rolling RPG project is active or as long as required by Belgian tax and accounting laws. You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time, though this may impact our ability to deliver your pre-ordered content.
